Woman in stitches after Shein jeans leave her legs looking like penguin flippers

Finding a pair of jeans that are the perfect fit while shopping online is basically an impossible task. Sometimes the waist is too loose and the bum is too tight, others you've got the perfect length but you need to size up.

And, sometimes, as what happened with one lady, you're left with legs so long you may as well try and use them as flippers, because you'd have more luck swimming with them than walking down the street.

That's exactly what happened to TikTok user Melanie Wilmoth ( @melaniewilmoth3 ), when she ordered a pair of scrunched up, flared blue jeans from retailer giant Shein.

Melanie, who works as a personal trainer, decided to treat herself to the 70s-style trousers, which appear to be designed to be worn in a bunched up fashion.

But, when the trousers arrived, it turned out they weren't bunched together by stitches like you might expect; instead they were just really, really long.

Melanie took to TikTok to share a screenshot taken from the Shein website, before sharing a clip of herself wearing the jeans, and it's fair to say the difference is stark.

Alongside the clip, she wrote: "Shein, count your days!"

But, not everyone was impressed, with many commenting to point out the jeans are supposed to be pulled up.

"Girl, pull the pants up and it'll literally be the picture," one commented, while another added: "So we all agree it's her and not the pants."

In follow up clip, Melanie took her followers' advice and decided to pull up the jeans, before coming to the conclusion that they weren't the right style for her.
