A woman in scrubs attempted to rob a bank Thursday in Little Village on the Southwest Side.
She entered a US Bank branch at 2854 W. Cermak about 3:40 p.m. and demanded cash, according to the FBI. The woman left without any money.
The FBI said she was wearing light blue scrub pants, dark glasses and a black hooded sweatshirt. She should be considered armed and dangerous, the FBI said. It was unclear if she had or implied a weapon. A spokesperson for Chicago police declined to comment.
A reward up to $1,000 is being offered for info leading directly to the suspect’s arrest, the FBI said. Tips can be sent to the FBI’s Chicago field office at 312-421-6700.
