An 80-year-old woman was taken to hospital after a three car crash in Wirral this morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash, which occurred on Telegraph Road in Thurstaston at around 11.25am to reports of a crash involving three vehicles.
Telegraph Road was blocked between Thurstaston and Heswall as emergency services dealt with the scene.

People posted on social media about a "bad three car smash" in area and "lots of police cars and fire engines" in the area.
Merseyside Police, fire crews from Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service and North West Ambulance Service all attended the scene and an 80-year-old woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said they had received reports at 11.25am of a crash and police were dealing with an "ongoing incident".
A spokesperson for Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service said: "Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service was called to Telegraph Road, Heswall, on Thursday 29 th July following reports a road traffic collision.
"Crews were alerted at 11.28am and on scene at 11.33am. Two fire engines attended.
"On arrival crews found three vehicles had been involved in a collision.
"All vehicles were on all four wheels and the occupants of all of the vehicles were out when crews arrived.
"One person was assessed at the scene by paramedics.
"No further action was required and fire crews left the scene at 12.02am."
North West Ambulance Service confirmed a woman had been taken to hospital for treatment.
A spokesperson said: "One female patient in her 80s was taken to hospital with minor injuries".
Telegraph Road has now been cleared and queuing traffic is understood to have eased.
