A woman has died in a house fire in Co Meath.
The tragic incident happened in Castlemartin Avenue, Bettystown at around 9.40am this morning.
The woman was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Gardai are investigating the fire but it is understood that it's not being treated as suspicious.

A garda spokeswoman said: "Gardai in Laytown are investigating a fatal house fire that occurred on Castlemartin Avenue, Laytown, Co. Meath at approx. 9.40am this morning Saturday the 23rd of March 2019.
"A woman in her 40s was fatally injured in the fire.
"She was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Her body was taken to the Mortuary in Navan General Hospital where a full post mortem (PM) will be conducted. Investigations are on going."
