Woman in 'Bun in the Oven' pregnancy video in critical care after premature birth

A woman who announced her unexpected pregnancy in a YouTube video is critically ill after being forced to deliver her baby at just 24 weeks.

Dana Griffin-Graves, 41, gave birth to hers on Kaleb Arkell Graves on Tuesday and is now being kept in critical care because "her body has endured all it can take".

In September, she posted a video of her husband Arkell Graves's reaction to news of her pregnancy on YouTube.

After failing to lose weight, Ms Griffin-Graves went to the doctor, who told her she was five months pregnant.

She broke the news to her husband by filming him looking in the oven, where she had left some buns and an ultrasound picture.

The video has amassed over 9,000,000 views.

The pregnancy came as an amazing surprise for the couple, who had been trying to have children for 17 years. They had gone through four miscarriages and one stillbirth.

The couple had been posting messages on Facebook a few days before the baby was delivered, writing that both mother and baby were fighting for their lives.

Well-wishers have posted support and encouragement on their page.
