A woman was hospitalized after crashing a car Monday in Chatham on the South Side.
She was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu about 1:45 a.m. in the 500 block of East 87th Street when the car hit a light pole and caught fire, Chicago police said.
The woman was taken to South Shore Hospital in good condition, police said.
