This is the shocking moment a yob is hurled a kitten nine metres through the air at her neighbour's home.
April Hawes threw two cats at the property in a fit of rage after she became annoyed they kept coming into her house.
A court heard the 36-year-old caused the pets severe suffering and tissue damage.
One of them, a tiny kitten called Shadow, is now "very nervous", JPs at King's Lynn Magistrates' Court heard.
Hawes appeared at the court on Friday to admit causing suffering to a protected animal.
But she was spared jail and instead told to complete a 12-month community order with 30 days' rehabilitation activity.
The thug was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and a victim surcharge of £85.
The court was told Hawes' neighbour had installed the CCTV in Dereham, Norfolk, prior to the offence and caught Hawes in the act.
Josephine Jones, prosecuting, said Shadow was left screaming in agony after the violence on March 1.
In interview, Hawes had said she did not wish to cause harm and was remorseful.
And Anne-Marie Sheridan, defending, said the woman suffered post traumatic stress disorder after the abuse.
Shadow was less than a year-old at the time of the offence.
The animal suffered soft tissue damage but its owner did not seek compensation.
