Woman 'horrified' after Pretty Little Thing boots 'arrive covered in dog faeces'

A woman was left horrified after boots she ordered from Pretty Little Thing reportedly arrived covered in dog faeces'

The woman ordered boots from the fashion website for £45 - but claims she was left feeling "sick" when the soles were covered in dog mess.

The woman, from Doncaster, said: "I’m actually going to be sick!! Ordered some boots off  PrettyLittleThing  and tell me why THERE'S DOG S*** ON THE BOTTOM.

"Feel like I have to address that each boot came in a dust bag so there wouldn't be any s*** on the paper and its dried so its not gunna be sloshing all ova box either ahah.

"Got the luck of the Irish I swear to god.

"I’d love to tell you I’m taking the p*** and I just spent 45 quid to cover them in s** for a couple of Facebook likes but unfortunately not."

Her post on Facebook has gone viral with over 3,000 likes, 9,000 comments and almost 6,000 shares.

A spokesperson for PrettyLittleThing said: "We are currently investigating the situation further and the customer has been offered a replacement item as well as a full refund."

It comes after the online clothing retailer called in a pest control team to its warehouse after customers claimed fleas were on their new clothes.

PrettyLittleThing shoppers took to social media to claim that there were bugs inside their orders with one person screaming as they filmed.

PrettyLittleThing say no evidence was found to support the claims after the investigation.

Saf filmed her package - which appeared to have fleas on it - while screaming.

And Arya Anderson uploaded a video claiming there were the tiny bugs in both of her parcels from the online retailer.

In the clip, an insect can be seen inside plastic packaging crawling on green clothes.

She said: "Oh God, I feel so sick."

PrettyLittleThing - a favourite amongst  Love Island  stars - revealed through a video on Tik Tok that it had called in pest control to its warehouse.

It said: "As soon as recent bugs in packages allegations came to light we immediately launched a full investigation.

"This included an inspection of the warehouse by a third-party pest control company.

"We found no evidence to support the claims being made.

"We are extremely proud of our warehouse, and the teams who maintain them, and we hope that the information provided has addressed the concerns that have been raised."
