Getting your hair cut at the salon can be a pretty exciting experience as you watch your tired locks being transformed in front of your eyes.
But unfortunately for one woman, she claims she left the hairdressers with hair that was in "worse condition" than when she arrived.
Instead of feeling like she's walked off the set of a L'Oreal 'Because You're Worth It' advert, TikTok user @_coco_04xo was mortified that her hair looked nothing like what she wanted.
She said that she showed her stylist a picture of her hair back in 2019 when she had a honey-hued balayage, and explained that she wanted to recreate the look.
The woman said: "This was my hair Saturday morning, I went into the salon asking for balayage.
"This was my hair in 2019... this is what I showed the hairdresser what I wanted."
She then posted a picture of the orange-tinted lengths and deep chunky roots she was left with.
"And this was the 'balayage' she left me with... my head was steaming," the girl claimed.
"She didn't even try to blend it, instead she bleached my whole head and left my hair in the worst condition."
This comes as another woman, Leti Spaghetti, revealed how her stylist edited a selfie she sent him of the new balayage hair colour he did for her.
In the edited photo, she had been given dark, smokey eyeshadow and her skin had also been airbrushed.
After seeing the post, she was speechless, joking that her hairdresser had "violated" her.
