Woman gobsmacked as date gives her 'exit survey' to complete after cinema outing

A woman was gobsmacked after going on a date with a man - as he sent her an 'exit survey' to complete which told him how he'd done.

Taking to TikTok, Katrina, @maytheeleven, said she hadn't been on a date in five years and agreed to go out with her friend, Graham.

The 26-year-old was then surprised when he sent her a Google form, asking her what kind of date she wanted to go one, how she wanted them to dress, and she selected 'cinema' from the list of options, as the Daily Star reports.

Then, after the date, Graham sent Katrina an 'exit survey', so that she could select whether she wanted another date or not, and there was a space for her to give feedback.

Katrina was surprised by the form, but thought it was quite sweet (@maytheeleven TikTok)

What do you think about Graham's form? Let us know in the comments...

Sharing her news on TikTok, Katrina said: "A friend of mine recently asked me on a date, and after I said yes, he sent me a Google Form."

At the top of the form, Graham had written: "You have agreed to go out on a date with Graham, Congratulations!

"He promises you a good time with your preferences in mind."

Graham then provided a lot of questions with either checkbox to tick or space to leave a comment, such as what time she would like to meet, and her preference of date location, and activity.

Katrina picked the "movie" option and said she checked all the boxes for cuisine because she is "not very good at picking food".

She then shows he even offered to dress up for the date but Katrina went for the "casual" dress code.

"I appreciated the option, he would have shown up in a suit and tie if I had selected it, I'm certain," she says.

On her way to the date, he sent her a "fancy" invitation which also made her laugh.

Katrina said the date was "lovely" and he then exceeded her expectations by sending her an "exit survey".

It reads: "In the interest of professionalism and giving dating the structure and administrative bureaucracy it has always deserved...

"Graham has requested you fill out this optional exit survey."

The exit questions include a rating for charming or awkward on a scale of one to five and to "describe our date as a shade of blue."

Katrina says the pair are now in a long-distance relationship and have gone on many more dates together.

And it wasn't just his date who Graham impressed – with thousands of people commenting they love his style.

One user said: "If I'm not getting a Google Form from my next date I don't want it."

A second viewer gushed: "Graham is now setting the new standard and my people, it is HIGH."
