We love going on holiday, but if there's one downside it has to be the actual travelling.
Getting up early to make our way to the airport several hours before the flight's actual departure can be a major bore.
And if there's one thing that can make it worse, it's arriving at an airport at 6am only to discover you booked the wrong flight.
This is the situation model Alexia Portmann recently claims to have found herself in, when trying to travel back to London from Croatia.
She shared her unfortunate plane ticket blunder on TikTok where it has since gone viral.
In a video posted under the username @simp4beans, Alexia shared footage of herself sitting outside a deserted airport, fully packed suitcase beside her.
Text over the footage reads: "As if I've just gotten to the airport at 6am and my flight turns out to be next year."
At the end of the clip she can be seen covering her mouth with her hand and laughing and in the comments she adds "all she can do is laugh".
The video is captioned: "EasyJet acc been doing me dirty man wtf."
More than 800,000 people have watched the clip, with it garnering over 181,000 likes.
Thousands also took the time to comment on her dilemma, with one writing: 'I understand you need to be at the airport two hours early, but a year seems a bit too early."
Another said: "Girl are you okay? I'd be having a mental breakdown rn."
A third replied: "Girl I thought you meant you was in England at the airport and just got the dates wrong. Didn't realise you was STUCK IN CROATIA."
"You may as well start walking," added a different user.
