A woman arranged to get her neighbour's car towed after they kept parking in her spot. The driver was left furious after having to walk home alone in the dark for a fair distance due to her parking place being occupied by their vehicle, reports the Mirror.
The homeowner took to social media to explain that she came home one evening to find her spot had been taken by the neighbour once again. Posting on Reddit, she claims she was outraged by their selfish actions that left her fearing for her safety.
The woman said: "I live in a condo where I have one designated individual parking spot that I payed for. It's labelled with my apartment number.
For the past 3 weeks, a green car has repeatedly parked in my spot. I've usually just let them park there and parked my car with free street parking elsewhere, but tonight I came home around 9pm to them being parked there.
"I had to park a 10 minute walk away on a street that's had a lot of robberies recently, and I am a small girl who then had to walk home by myself in the dark (this was very anxiety causing for me). This really frustrated me and in the heat of the moment I decided to have them towed."

The woman later added that she now regrets her decision as she would not like to inconvenience the car's owner. She said: "I really hope that they are financially able to pay and that their car not being there doesn't inhibit their day tomorrow."
The woman's parking problems were quick to stir conversation on social media, with people keen to give their thoughts. Many commenters were quick to reassure the woman she had done nothing wrong for arranging access to the space she pays for.
One person said: "You paid for that space and have been nice long enough."
A second said: "You pay for it. Maybe the first few times green car parked there could be chalked up to ignorance about the spots being reserved, but not 3 weeks."
Meanwhile, another person replied: "A warning note may have been a nice gesture since the tow companies will rip you off but you are in the right and something had to be done. You paid almost for a month for something you couldn't use."
