A woman who claims she was told she couldn't enter a garage due to her "inappropriate" crop top has called out the staff on TikTok.
Tia Wood took to the video platform, on which she has 176,000 followers, to talk about the experience - and her video has now been viewed more than 1.5 million times.
She wrote: “Was told to wait outside the inspection station because my shirt was too inappropriate.
“DIDN’T KNOW GETTING MY CAR INSPECTED HAD A DRESS CODE!!!”
In the video, Tia is wearing the outfit she claims she was wearing when she was given the boot - a burgundy crop top and denim shorts.

Posting another video, Tia explained a female member of staff asked her if she had anything else to wear.
When she said no, Tia claims she was asked to wait outside the garage until they were finished with the inspection.
She joked: “I’m sorry, are you inspecting it or baptising it?"
Later, Tia filmed herself calling the garage to ask if they had a set dress code for customers. The person on the phone can be heard confirming there isn't any such dress code.
The only restriction on what customers wear is that they're all asked to wear face coverings.
When Tia explained what had happened to her, the receptionist was mortified.

She found support online after posting the videos describing what had happened, with people expressing their disgust at the staff at the garage's behaviour.
One person said: “THEY are inappropriate for that.”
