Woman fumes after receiving PrettyLittleThing dress that looks like a 'bin bag'

Ordering clothes online is always risky since you're not able to try them on before you buy.

Will it fit? Does it look like the website's model shot?

One woman who took the risk on a dress from PrettyLittleThing was far from impressed when it arrived.

Mckenzie shared a picture of the mini dress alongside a clip of what it looked like once she tried it on TikTok in a video that has since racked up more than 7.6 million views.

The satin dress, which retailed for £18, was described as "a wardrobe staple all year round" on the website.

The site also suggests shoppers "team this dress with a drop necklace and some barely there heels."

But when Mckenzie received her order it didn't fit as she expected, instead, its shapeless style was compared to a 'black bag'.

McKenzie uploaded the video of her purchase with the caption: "And yes, it's in the right size. Pretty Little Thing I want my money back."

Since being posted, the video has racked up more than 1.8 million likes and 14,000 comments.

One person said: "Girl don't scare me like this I just bought gifts for my best friend from them."

Another viewer revealed: "I was gonna order this as well," alongside a skull emoji, to which Mckenzie replied saying: "Well you're welcome for the warning."

"Are you wearing a trash bag?" commented a third person, whilst another TikTok user said: "Why are u wearing bed sheets?"

Meanwhile, someone else put: "GIRL PLS TELL ME U GOT UR MONEY BACK."

The Mirror has contacted PrettyLittleThing for a comment.
