
An investigation has been launched after a woman was found unconscious and two men were found with multiple stab wounds at a Blue Mountains home on Saturday.
At about 7.30am, emergency services were alerted to an address at Myall Avenue, Leura, following reports of a concern for welfare.
When officers arrived, they found two men — who are believed to be in their 40s — with multiple stab wounds.
A woman — believed to be in her 60s — was also found unconscious at the scene.

Per The Sydney Morning Herald, the woman is believed to be the mother of the two men.
The two men were treated at the scene and were taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition. The woman, however, was taken to Blue Mountains District Hospital in a critical condition.
Police have confirmed that a crime scene has been established and that an investigation in relation to the incident is ongoing.
