A woman has been found dead in the grounds of a Glasgow hospital.
The 47-year-old was found at around 8am today (Monday, September 20) within the ground of Stobhill Hospital on Barlornock Road in the Springburn area.
Police Scotland has confirmed the body of the woman was found this morning, with officers not currently treating her death as suspicious.
A post mortem examination will be carried out to establish the cause of death.

A spokeswoman for the force said: "Around 8 am on Monday, 20 September 2021, a 47-year-old woman was found dead within the grounds of Stobhill Hospital, Balornock Road, Glasgow.
"A post mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact cause of death which police are not treating as suspicious meantime.
"A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
