
POLICE are yet to formally identify a woman found dead on the Central Coast on Tuesday morning.
A crime scene has been established about 150 metres from Terrigal Haven boat ramp after local fisherman reported the body to authorities about 7.10am.
Brisbane Water police are investigating the circumstances of the woman's death and said she is yet to be formally identified.
A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
"As inquiries continue, anyone with information is urged to come forward," police said in a statement.
The discovery comes days after the remains of Danielle Easey, 29, was discovered in a creek at Killingwoth on Saturday.
