A woman has been found dead in a flat in Glasgow.
The address in West Princes Street was cordoned off by police following the sudden death.
She was was discovered at a property around 5.15pm on Tuesday.
Police Scotland set up a cordon from West Princes Street to George Street and an officer was standing guard.
The death is being treated as 'unexplained' and enquiries are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told Glasgow Live : "Officers are investigating following the sudden death of a woman who was found dead within a property in West Princes Street, Glasgow, at around 5.15pm on Tuesday, 1 June.
"The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing. Officers remain at the scene."
