Two women have taken to social media to thank the anonymous creator of gift packages that have been found dotted around a town.
Veronica Morris, 69, and Hannah Nicholson, 30, found the bags, labelled "Rough Day Kits" around the town yesterday.
The bags contained various items and a poem that reads: "There are always some days that are just a bit tough.

"So here's a few things to get through the rough.
"An eraser to rub out mistakes in one swipe.
"A candle to light up the dark in the night.
"A penny for luck when you have none at all.
"A marble to make sure you don't lose them all.
"String to stop everything falling apart.
"And a hug full of warmth that comes straight from the heart."
Veronica found the package at Tesco on Liverpool Road North.
Posting in local community Facebook group, she said: "Thank you to whoever left this to be found in Tesco’s… lovely words and a lovely gesture. I decided that this would make another person feel comforted and smile , so I hid it again in Tesco’s…. Happy hunting."
She told The ECHO: "I think there are lots of people going through or have had a rough time this past two years, plus a lot of people are more than a little worried and sad about what is happening in the Ukraine. I re-hid to make another person feel cared for and thought about
Hannah's partner found one of the kits outside the SPAR supermarket, also on Liverpool North Road.
She said: "My partner found it because I’m isolating with my little girl as we’ve both tested positive for covid so it was a lovely pick me up!
"I’m thinking there’s quite a few because people keep hiding them again which I think is just lovely."
