A mum says she has had to uproot her family after discovering her husband had fathered nine babies with other women.
The shocked mum-of-four says her hometown is so small she was fearful her children might end up dating some of their half-siblings, so she moved away.
The mum, Hailey Mae, posted a video on TikTok explaining her bizarre situation, after discovering all her husband's indiscretions - including a having baby with her best friend.
Hailey, who lives in a small town in Arizona, USA, knew her four children would end up going to school with her ex-husband’s other offspring, and didn’t want to risk them getting crushes on each other and dating.
In one TikTok video, Hailey looked at the camera as she mouthed the words to the audio "what's your name, who’s your daddy?”, while text on the screen read: "Seeing a kid that looks like my husband in the small town we live in.”
She then captioned the clip: “Now ex-husband. He has confirmed nine kids. I had to leave, or my kids could have dated their own siblings.” writes The MIrror.
In another video Hailey revealed her ex’s even got her own best friend pregnant - and she had been at the hospital with the mum while the baby girl was born where she discovered a very tell-tale sign that the baby had been fathered by her own husband.
She said: “I took her to her doctor’s appointments, and when she was in labour she called me and I drove her to the hospital. I was with her when she got her epidural, I wore the daddy wristband, and I gave the baby her first bath.
“Unfortunately, three days later, through a hereditary birthmark which I’m very familiar with because my oldest son has it – it’s an extra piece of cartilage that grows out of the side of the neck – I knew exactly that that baby was my husband’s.”
Despite the shock Hailey says, she has since forgiven her best friend although she admits they are he no longer close.
She said: “We are on good terms with each other in the sense that I’ve found forgiveness from her for myself, and hopefully she can find forgiveness for herself.
“That doesn’t mean that I don’t keep her at arm’s length, but I still love and care about her and wish her the best.
“At the end of the day, her daughter is my children’s sister, so I would hope that one day we can have a cordial relationship for the kids.”
Hailey’s videos have been viewed thousands of times by people stunned at her ex-husband's behaviour.
One person wrote: "Sorry for you and your kids. Some people.”
And another said: “Your maturity says a lot about you. Forgiveness is a hard thing to do.”
While a third posted: “Oh lord ... I'm sorry. Did it really happen like that? You saw kids that looked like him?”
