A woman has died of complications from a July crash in northwest suburban Bartlett.

Barbara Creamer, 79, was pronounced dead on Monday at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

About 12:50 p.m. on July 22, Creamer was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu northbound on Route 59 and allegedly failed to yield as she was making a left turn onto Auburn Lane, Bartlett police said. Her vehicle was struck by a southbound 1994 Acura Integra.

Creamer was taken to St. Alexius, and the driver of the Acura was treated at the scene, police said.

An autopsy released Wednesday found that Creamer, who lived in Bartlett, died of complications of multiple injuries from the crash, the medical examiner’s office said. Her death was ruled accidental.
