An air ambulance landed after a woman died in a house in Huyton.
Emergency services were called at 10.24am today to Mardale Road. People in the area said they saw a number of paramedics enter a house and air ambulance land on a field nearby.
A spokesperson for North West Ambulance Service said they were called to a "medical incident" today and sent various resources, including an air ambulance. They confirmed the ambulance service did not take anybody to hospital.

Merseyside Police confirmed the incident involved the "non-suspicious" death of a woman. It is understood a file is being prepared for a coroner.
