A man declined to press charges against his younger sister after she cut him multiple times during an argument Monday on the West Side.
The pair were arguing in the Austin neighborhood when the 20-year-old sister lacerated her 30-year-old brother’s ear and arm, Chicago police said.
The incident happened about 2:45 p.m. in the 200 block of North Lockwood Avenue, police said.
The man was taken to Stroger Hospital for treatment and was released, police said. The sister was taken to a hospital for evaluation.
Police said the brother did not want to press charges against his sister.
