A mum-of-one claims she was threatened by police at a theme park in Oklahoma, United States, after they told her that her short's were "too short".
The woman, named Bailey Breedlove was enjoying a day out at a Six Flags theme park with her 11-year-old daughter and her partner when she says police stopped her daughter for rolling down a hill on Heelys.
She alleges that the then officer grabbed her by the arm and told her that her denim shorts were "too short", before calling for back up and telling her she'll have to purchase some new shorts if she wants to stay in the park.
Bailey, who is autistic, says she walked over to her boyfriend for support and was then told by officers she could be charged with 'criminal trespassing' if she did not leave the park.
The mum-of-one took to TikTok to share a video of the incident, in which her child can be seen crying as officers demand to see her ID, despite her promising to leave the park.
The video was inundated with supportive comments from people who were baffled over how a pair of denim shorts could be seen as breaking the park's dress code.
"It literally says nothing about shorts length in the dress code for the park," one user wrote.
Another added: "This seems more like harassment than anything else. You should sue!"
The dress code for the park states a ban on anything which features "profanity, obscene gestures, obscene statements", or anything considered to be "offensive" but has no mention of short or dress length.
In a follow-up video, Bailey said she had complained to the park, asking them for a ticket refund following the horrible experience, but thinks they've 'blocked' her as she's had no response.
