Woman collapsed after being punched in face on night out in Bristol city centre

Police are searching for three men after a group of friends were attacked on a night out in Bristol city centre .

Two women aged 22 and 26 and two men aged 21 and 22, were assaulted while walking along Canon's Road.

The 22-year-old woman collapsed and needed hospital treatment after being punched in the face but received no broken bones.

The two men were also punched in the face while the other woman was hit in the stomach during the attack, which happened at around 4.30am on February 24.

Avon and Somerset Constabulary has now released CCTV images of the men officers want to trace in connection with the incident.

The victims described their attackers as three men, all white and about 5ft 10ins tall.

Officers think the assault may have followed an incident in the nearby PRYZM nightclub.

A police spokesperson said: " Anyone who witnessed any altercation within the club, or saw the incident outside, is asked to get in touch, quoting reference 5219040810.

"You can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100 per cent anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their Anonymous Online Form."
