A woman is accused of attempting to rob someone Wednesday in suburban Northbrook.
Alice Marie Lutz, 29, is charged with a count of attempted armed robbery, Northbrook police said in a statement.
Lutz allegedly threatened someone with a “sharp tool” about 6:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Skokie Boulevard, police said. Northbrook detectives investigated the incident and arrested Lutz, who lives in downstate Danville.
Court information for Lutz was not immediately available.
