A woman has shared the moment she discovered a fellow passenger was fat-shaming her on a plane.
Landen Ewing, 22, was on a flight home from Nashville when she caught the man sitting next to her texting rude comments about her weight.
She posted a clip on TikTok, which has been viewed more than one million times, describing the bizarre encounter.
Recounting the incident, which happened almost a month ago, Landen said it was only her and this man who sat together in the row.
And she quickly spotted that he was texting someone - and realised that he was complaining about her.

"Be safe baby. How small is it?" one of the texts asks. To which the man replied: "Too small, with this fat ass next to me. Lol."
The person replied: "Hahaha. Tell her about keto," and the man said: "I'll be all right, don't think we'll make it off the ground."
Landen said the traveller continued to complain about her weight, before adding: "If you're his wife or girlfriend and you see this, your boyfriend sucks."
In full, she said: "Hello everyone, I was just sitting in my car and I remembered something that happened to me.
"About a month ago, I was on a plane coming back from Nashville and I was sitting on the plane and this guy sits next to me.
"It was just me and him in the row, so we weren't sitting next to anyone. He has his phone out, like way out in front of him where I can see it.
"Before anyone comes for me for looking at someone's phone when he's sitting next to me, everyone does it. And if you say you don't, you're lying.
"Anyway, I'm sitting next to him and I'm reading his texts with his girlfriend and she's asking him about the flight is going, just casual conversation.
"And then I look over and she's said 'how's the flight going?' and he says 'Too small, with this fat ass next to me. Lol.'
"Like he was talking about me. And she said 'Hahaha, tell her about keto.' What?
"And you can't really see the rest of the conversation but he continued to type out 'I'll be all right. Don't think we'll make it off the ground.
"That's the only photo I got. We were really close together so it was hard for me to get a picture of it. He continued to text about how fat I was and [how] it was awful and he hates being on small flights with fat people."
Her video racked up thousands of supportive comments, with one person replying: "You're gorgeous. Sounds like he's been in trouble with his girlfriend before, that had nothing to do with you.
"But I'm sorry you had to read that."
Landen replied, thanking viewers for their kind comments, and added: "I'm not upset. I honestly didn't spend more than one hour thinking about it.
"I thought it was funny. I texted my family saying 'look at what the guy said' and we were laughing about it in the car when they picked me up.
"But the sad thing I thought about is that I could have been someone that it did affect. Imagine if it had been someone who was super-insecure or dealing with a lot of body image stuff and they saw him text that about them.
"That could have ruined their whole day, week, year. It's one of those things - a reminder to be kind and think about the things you say as it can affect people.
"I'm [the] best-case scenario, it affected me in no way but it could have been a different situation.
"For all the people saying I deserved that because I was looking at his phone, you're stupid. There is no reason you should ever call anyone fat. And I wasn't even staring at it, I was glancing over and he had it way out in front of him.
"I low-key think he wanted me to see that."
