The woman used some key detective skills to ‘catch’ her boyfriend

Posting on TikTok, the woman named Megan said she texted her boyfriend to ask what he was doing and he replied that he was watching the Olympics “with the boys”.
He then sent a photo of the TV screen but in the reflection of the mirrored cabinet Megan spotted a glass of red wine, as well as a hydro flask, and a woman’s knee. She also noticed some books which she thought belonged to a woman - including one on the history of Chanel.
The video has racked up over 5.1 million views and thousands of comments, as many praised Megan for her detective work.
One commented: “I can already hear the excuses,” while another added: “He really thought that would work too, who gave him the audacity to be so potentially unaware.”
Another asked: “Why do they send pics to incriminate themselves?”
But others defended the man - as they rightly pointed out he could be at a friend’s house, who lives with a female partner.
“Maybe it’s his friend’s wife or girlfriend?” pointed out one viewer.
“Hope one of his friends has a girlfriend and they live together,” added another.
Another said: “I don’t get it. Why would you make that assumption from this photo?”
One man commented: “This looks like how I decorated my old apartment.”
