A woman who recently visited Southport Pontins said she felt "bullied" at a pub quiz.
The Tripadvisor reviewer, going by the name of Kay, wrote about her trip to the holiday park on June 17.
She says her holiday "didn't get off to a good start" but that some of the staff were "fab and friendly".

One staff member, however, is said to have made Kay feel bad.
Kay wrote: "Staff on the gate were fab and friendly. Staff in reception needed to look like they actually wanted to work there.
"The entertainment was fab until one of the bluecoats at the end of the quiz made other teams point at us and call us losers!
"Reminded me of when I was bullied in school. Bad form!"
Kay went on to say the chalet needed cleaning "badly", with streaky windows, crumbs on plates and "disgusting" floors.
The furniture, she says, was broken, and the bed was "terrible".
Concluding her review of the holiday park, on Shore Road in Ainsdale, she wrote: "Will never return or ever recommend it to anyone. If I could give it 0 I would!!!! Avoid!!" [sic]
Pontins owner Britannia was approached for comment but had not responded at the time of publication.
