A woman "beaten black and blue" by five other mourners at a friend's wake says she is "disgusted" after police dropped the investigation.
Amanda Bulloch, 52, was left with two black eyes and bruises covering her body after allegedly being "punched and kicked" at a house in Cotteridge, Birmingham.
The 52-year-old said a woman became abusive after mourners started dancing with each other at the funeral gathering last month.
The victim - who suffers with emphysema and a heart condition - claims a group of five then set upon her and "literally kicked the sh** out of me".
She is now "absolutely disgusted" after West Midlands Police said they are discontinuing their investigations three-weeks later.

Devastated Amanda, from Nechells, told BirminghamLive : "I got a call from Bournville police station saying they are not taking this incident any further due to a 'lack of evidence'.
"I'm absolutely disgusted by this."
Amanda claims she was told it was"their word against mine" over the incident.
"Due to the trauma, I now have pneumonia of the lungs and I'm still bruised," she added.
She said: "They [the police] had the cheek to say 'don't let this put you off calling us again.' Not a chance would I ever trust the police again. I am so annoyed."
Ms Bulloch, who had attended her pal's funeral at Lodge Hill Cemetery in Selly Oak, said a woman initially started a row when people danced together at the wake gathering.

But then she was brutally attacked by the group of five.
And Amanda now feels "petrified to leave her own home" following the brutal incident last month.
A police spokeswoman said: "The investigation has been closed however if any new information comes to light we will look into this and follow any new lines inquiry.
"An officer discussed this outcome with the woman and reassured her to call the police if she has any further issues."
