Woman branded 'ungrateful' and 'pathetic' for complaining about wrong Christmas gift

Following a huge increase in demand, UGG shoes have been difficult for shoppers to get their hands on due to current fashion trends. The stylish boots are a popular choice for celebrities, including the likes of Kylie Jenner, Vanessa Hudgens, and even Hailey Bieber - who have all been spotted donning the comfy footwear.

The popular UGG Tasman slippers - otherwise known as 'Tazz' - are completely sold out in the iconic chestnut shade. Priced at £100, Diana Ayala asked her partner for the popular shoe as a Christmas gift but was disappointed when he bought the wrong kind.

Taking to TikTok, the woman has been slammed for being "ungrateful" and "pathetic" after she complained about receiving the incorrect gift.

Diana asked in the clip: "How do I tell him these aren't the 'UGG slippers' I've been talking about for months?"

"'Be grateful, be grateful'", she captioned the post followed by an unimpressed emoji

Since posting, the TikToker's clip has brought in over 2,000 comments as several users expressed their opinion on the gifting saga.

Taking to the comment section, some assured Diana that the slippers she got were actually much nicer - while others fumed that Diana was being ungrateful for not appreciating the generous gift.

One person scathed: "Imagine being this ungrateful. I hope he dumps you and gets his money back. Pathetic."

Meanwhile, a second person wrote: "I mean if all you told him was 'ugg slippers' these are technically that."

Someone else agreed: "To be fair if you only told them 'ugg slippers' whatever you get is valid."

A fourth penned: "Tasman's have been sold out for over a month. He got you what he could & they're adorable."

A different user said: "Y'all are way too easily influenced by TikTok. These are way cuter than Tasman."
