Woman begs pal to help fix haircut disaster that left her looking 'like a lion'

When it comes to hair, many people will have at some point in their life, experienced a bad hair day/haircut or hair disaster.

One woman recently was left "looking like a lion" as her hair became frizzy and unmanageable.

Unsure how to fix it, she turned to a friend for some help.

Her pal, a TikToker who posts under the name @alina8xxx shared the process of "sorting out" the woman's hair in a video on the social media platform.

In the clip, Alina says: "So my mate came for me to do something to her hair because she wasn’t capable.

"This is what I was dealing with."

The video shows the unnamed pal arriving with her hair tied up in a bun on top of her head.

They take the bun out and the hair pouffes outwards.

Alina decides to tame the hair by straightening it first, she shows the progress once the underneath layer of hair is sleek and straight, in comparison to the top layer which is still untouched.

"What is this please," she commented, running her fingers through the top layer. "Reminds me of a lion."

Once all the hair is straight, Alina shows how happy her friend looks with her new 'do.

But she doesn't stop there.

She then curls the straightened hair and the final transformation is jaw-dropping.

The video quickly went viral, being watched over two million times and garnering over 250,000 likes.

People were shocked by the friend's hair, with one person thinking it looked "like a wig".

Another said: "She should get layers to blend it better."

A third asked: "Why was the top layer cut so short?"

To which Alina replied: "Don't even ask."

Someone else added: "Obviously did the best out of a very bad situation."
