A woman has been assaulted in a Scots estate as police reveal CCTV image to help their investigation.
The incident occurred around 5.15pm on Friday August 13 in the Drum Estate in Dalkeith, Midlothian.
Detectives from Police Scotland have released an image of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
The man has been described as white, between 5ft 2ins to 5ft 4ins in height, of a stocky build with slicked back dark hair.
He was wearing all black except for a blue top as can be seen in the image provided by the police force and anyone who recognises him is asked to get in touch.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Anyone who recognises the man in the image or who has any information regarding this incident is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 2910 of 13 August, 2021.
"Alternatively, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.”
