Police have arrested a woman in connection with the 'murder' of a 10-year-old schoolboy.
The alarm was raised after the suspect walked into a London police station in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Officers raced to an address in Cumberland Park, Acton, and tragically found the young boy’s body.
The woman, who is in her 40s, has been arrested in connection with the child’s death.
Police say they believe they know the victim’s identity and say that he was known to the suspect.
Scotland Yard said no one else is being sought in connection with the death but the investigation remains ongoing.
