A man was rushed to hospital after a late-night "shooting incident" in Co Kildare.
The incident happened at around 1.30am on Wednesday in Nurney.
A man in his late 40s was taken to Naas General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A woman in her mid 40s was located by Gardai and arrested a short time later in connection with the incident.
She was brought to Kildare Garda Station but was later released.

A firearm was also seized as part of this investigation and has been sent to the Ballistics Unit for analysis. The scene is currently preserved for technical examination.
A garda spokeswoman said: "The woman, aged in her mid-40s, who was arrested in relation to this matter has been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
"Investigations are ongoing."
