A woman is being interviewed by homicide detectives after the death of a man in southeast Gippsland.
He was found hurt following a motorcycle collision but some of his injuries were inconsistent with occurring in a crash, Victoria Police said.
Officers arrived at the scene of the smash at Yarram-Morwell Road in Yarram at 3pm on Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency crews treated the man but he died at the scene and has not yet been identified.
About six hours later, a 50-year-old woman went to a local police station where she was arrested.
