Woman arrested after 'disturbance' on Scots street as cops race to scene

A woman has been arrested after police raced to a street in Fife this morning.

Officers rushed to Castleblair Park in Dunfermline after the alarm was raised at around 8.30am.

Cops were called following reports of a disturbance at a property on the street.

Officers attended and a 28-year-old woman was arrested.

Pictures from the scene show at least three police vehicles in attendance.

Cops are parked in the middle of the street, blocking the road.

Police say their enquiries at ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.30am on Saturday, 7 July, police were called to a report of a disturbance at a property in Castleblair Park, Dunfermline.

"Officers attended and a 28-year-old woman was arrested and enquiries are continuing.”
