Woman in court over out-of-control dog which killed boy, nine, in caravan

A woman today appeared in court over an out of control dog which mauled a nine-year-old to death at a caravan park.

Sadie Totterdell, 29, was charged with being the owner/person in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury resulting in the death of Frankie MacRitchie.

Totterdell, of Plymouth, Devon, will appear in court again on June 9.

Frankie's mother Tawnee Willis, 31, also from Plymouth, was charged with neglecting a young person, causing unnecessary suffering/injury.

Willis didn't enter a plea and will be back in court on April 24th.

Frankie died at Tencreek Holiday Park in Looe, Cornwall, on April 13, 2019.
