Versetene McMahon | Chicago police

Police are looking for a woman missing from South Shore.

Versetene McMahon, 71, was last seen about 1:52 p.m. Saturday in the 7300 block of South East End Avenue, Chicago police said. She was wearing a long white shirt, blue jeans with a ram head design on the back pockets and black gym shoes. She may also have a gold purse.

McMahon has dementia and high blood pressure, police said. She isn’t familiar with the area she was last seen in.

She’s 5-foot-3 and 110 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair worn in a short ponytail, police said.

Anyone with information about her is asked to call Area One detectives at 312-747-8380.
