A 65-year-old woman was reported missing from East Garfield Park.
Delores Lamb was last seen May 16 and is missing from the 2800 block of West Fulton Street, Chicago police said.
She takes medication for a “significant medical condition” and is known to use public transportation, police said.
She is 5-foot-4, 144 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair, police said. She was last seen wearing a black cap, red jacket, dark jeans, black shoes and carrying a multi-colored handbag.
