A woman has died after being struck by a car in Shettleston.
Police and paramedics rushed to the crash involving a blue Nissan Qashqai in Culrain Street at around 1:40pm yesterday but the 60-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage.
Constable Lewis Owen, of Police Scotland's Road Policing Unit based in Glasgow, said: "Our thoughts are with the family of the woman who sadly passed away.
"As we continue our investigation into the full circumstances of what happened, we are appealing for anyone who may have information to come forward.
"We are also appealing for dash-cam footage that may assist our enquiries.
"If you can help, please call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 2021 of Tuesday 10th March 2020."
