A woman has died after reportedly being attacked by two dogs .
Emergency services rushed to the scene on Graham Road, Widnes, Cheshire at around 5.15pm last night following reports a 43-year-old woman had been attacked by two animals.
Officers attended and discovered that the woman was in a serious condition.
She was treated at the scene by paramedics but sadly died, police confirmed today.
Her next of kin have been informed and enquiries remain ongoing to establish the circumstances.
There are not believed to have been any arrests at this stage.
Witnesses said the air ambulance was called.
