A woman has been killed in a two car crash in Co Kerry.
The incident happened on the N22 at Brennans Glen in Killarney shortly after 2pm today.
A female passenger in one of the cars, who is in her 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two other people who were in the same car, a man and a woman in their 70s, were taken from the scene to University Hospital Kerry.
The woman is currently in a critical condition, while the man's injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Two women in their early 20s who were in the second car were brought by Air Ambulance to Cork University Hospital and University Hospital Limerick.
Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
A garda spokesman added: "The road at the crash site remains sealed off for examination by Garda forensic collision investigators and traffic diversions are in place. The local Coroner and Superintendent have visited the scene
"Investigating Gardaí are appealing for witnesses and are particularly appealing to those with camera footage (including dash cam) to make it available to them.
