Woman, 38, dies after motorbike smashes into house

A woman has died after a motorbike crashed into a house in Bury.

The smash happened on Pilkington Road in Radcliffe just after 8.05pm on Wednesday, May 24, police said. The motorcyclist - a 38-year-old woman - was rushed to hospital from the scene in a serious condition.

Sadly, she died in hospital last Friday (June 9). Police are now appealing for any witnesses of the crash to come forward.

They particularly want to speak to anyone who has CCTV or dash cam footage. Information can be shared by calling GMP's Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 0161 856 4741 quoting incident 3721 of 24/05/2023.
