Woman, 32, dies as boy, 17, ‘crashes into her in Lamborghini at 120mph'

A woman has died after a 17-year-old boy allegedly driving a Lamborghini at 120 miles-per-hour crashed into her car.

Monique Munoz, a 32-year-old receptionist, was reportedly killed on impact when the luxury sports car slammed into her Lexus in West Los Angeles on Wednesday.

In a heartbreaking tribute to Monique, her stepfather Isaac Cardona said she had a 'heart of gold' and never hurt anyone.

He alleged that his kind stepdaughter had been killed by a reckless driver, The Sun reports.

Mr Cardona said: "Kid's racing down the street in a Lamborghini, 17 years old in a Lamborghini doing 120 miles per hour, hits and kills her. Senseless."

Officers were called to the scene of the crash at around 5pm and found a teenager behind the Lamborghini.

Monique's wrecked Lexus was next to the luxury sports car and she was pronounced dead at the scene.

The receptionist was planning on attending law school in the near future.

A GoFundMe page has already raised more than £23,500 for the family.

A message on the fundraiser says: "For those of you who knew Monique, you know all of this already but, for those who didn't...this beautiful, accomplished woman was the heart and happiness of her family and was taken from us much too soon.

"Her family and friends were her life, she never missed a family gathering or a chance to help a friend and she only had love and kindness in her heart."

The teenager found behind the Lamborghini has not been arrested, according to The Sun.
