A woman has been left with serious injuries after reportedly being attacked in a flat in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to Snowdon Place in the Gorbals area of the city around 8pm on Saturday September 8.
The 23-year-old was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where her condition is described as serious.
Another woman, 31, has been arrested in connection with the alleged incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "At about 8pm last night a 23-year-old woman was assaulted within a flat on Snowdon Place.
"She was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where she is being treated for serious injuries.
"Hospital staff describe her condition as serious.
"A 31-year-old woman has been arrested."
