Chelsea dropped more points in the Premier League title race after failing to beat Wolves at Molineux on Sunday.
The Blues requested to have the match postponed due to their worsening Covid-19 issues, with manager Thomas Tuchel left angry and confused that they were made to play on regardless.
Chelsea were able to name a squad of 17 first-team players in the West Midlands, with two goalkeepers on their six-strong substitutes bench.
It was another frustrating afternoon for the former leaders, who stay third and now six points adrift of rivals Manchester City at Christmas following the latter’s 4-0 win over Newcastle at the Etihad.
Chelsea’s best chance of the afternoon fell 15 minutes from time, when Christian Pulisic was denied by a close-range stop from Wolves goalkeeper Jose Sa.
Conor Coady also made a goal-saving challenge on N’Golo Kante as the clock ticked down at a foggy Molineux.
