Wolves fan sparks Wembley brawl by attacking young Watford supporters

A Wolves fan has been accused of attacking two young Watford supporters following the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.

The Hornets fought back from two goals down to secure their place in the showpiece final with Manchester City next month.

Footage has emerged from after the final whistle as Watford fans made their way out of the stadium before they were approached by a man in a Wolves shirt.

The man, who appeared to be on his own, walked through the crowd before grabbing one youngster by the throat and punching a second.

The Wolves fan begins lashing out at any Watford fan nearby and hits a fan in a green away shirt.

He is soon outnumbered by Watford supporters as he falls to the ground before being kicked and punched. The individual is later pulled away and ushered from the melee.

The video was captured by lorry driver Lee Kennedy who had spotted the Wolves fan acting suspiciously, and looking for trouble.

"We could see he was looking for trouble as he had already tried winding some other fans up which is why I started filming," he said.

"I wasn't really shocked as you see this sort of thing all the time. I was with a Wolves supporting friend.

"I think he went for the young lads as they were an easy target.”

Wolves appeared to be on course for the FA Cup final as they took a 2-0 lead through goals from Matt Doherty and Raul Jimenez.
