Plans to open a new street food restaurant in Glasgow city centre have been rejected.
Wolf had applied for permission to take over a vacant unit on Bothwell Street earlier this year.
The company currently operates in six locations across England and had eyed-up Glasgow as it's first Scottish destination.
However, city planners have thwarted plans over concerns that it would be detrimental to the local area and would damage the street's character and appearance.
The restaurant would've sat between Cycle Republic and Launch Foods - which is expected to open soon.
The building was previously home to Wetherspoons, before it closed in early 2018.
