Thirty years ago the Woden Youth Centre opened, paying an important role in the lives of young people in Woden.
It's been a place to drop in, go on holiday programs, seek support, get a free dinner.
Music has been a big part of the centre, giving young people a place to practice and perform.
Help the team celebrate at the centre at 29 Callum Street from 4pm to 9.30pm on Thursday. There will speeches, displays from the archives and a line-up of local bands.
